Thomas Rossi // Co-Founder
Thomas Rossi, former NCO in the French Army, graduated from the University of Leicester with a degree in Security and Risk Management. He joined the private security industry in 2007 and worked in Haiti, Africa and the Middle East for more than eight years. Thomas is also the founder of Wagram Protection, a legitimate executive protection company operating throughout France and abroad.
Jean-Michel Braud // Co-Founder
Jean-Michel Braud holds a Higher Diploma in Accounting and Management, and began transporting passengers in 1994 when he was in the military. For over 30 years, he has provided executive transportation services to a demanding clientele who benefit in particular from his local expertise, as well as his organization and logistics skills.
Thomas Rossi // Co-Founder
Thomas Rossi, former NCO in the French Army, graduated from the University of Leicester with a degree in Security and Risk Management. He joined the private security industry in 2007 and worked in Haiti, Africa and the Middle East for more than eight years. Thomas is also the founder of Wagram Protection, a legitimate executive protection company operating throughout France and abroad.

Chauffeured ground transportation is highly regulated in France. This is also true of the personal protection industry, which provides executive protection agents, commonly known as bodyguards. In accordance with the principle of exclusivity, it is strictly forbidden for a transportation company to provide and charge for executive protection services, and for an executive protection company to offer and charge for ground transportation services. However, these services are often complementary when it comes to protecting a person, both inside and outside a vehicle.
Therefore, in accordance with the French Transport Code and the French Internal Security Code, Wagram Limousines relies on its partnership with its sister company Wagram Protection to offer a comprehensive range of services, and to guarantee the safety and security of passengers both inside and outside the vehicle. Wagram Protection is a well-known and accredited French private security company, which has specialized in personal protection and the provision of bilingual executive protection agents in France and abroad since 2017.
